- Set -up is required 1 -2 hours before your event
- Break down is required 1-2 hours after your event or during your event if requested,
- Booking Policy:
A signed contract is required at the time the 20% down payment is made to secure your reservation. Final payment 2 weeks due prior to the event date. -
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- A signed contract and a 20% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the contract.
- If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event date, 50% of payment will not be refunded. All other money paid towards your event will be refunded .
